Firstly the location is fantastic, right in the middle of Vieux Lyon and in a beautiful renaissance building. We were greeted on arrival just outside the apartment, guided through how everything worked, given information about the town and public transport, and even told the better places to eat (and how to avoid tourist traps!) The apartment itself is stunning, a mixture of old and new. Having a spacious separate living room with a sofa, table and kitchen was a luxury, and going to miss these the next hotel I go to!
One thing to mind, as it had a self-contained mezzanine bedroom the ceiling in places is quite low, and if you're much above 6 foot you may need to mind your head at times! No problem for us, but a word of warning. I'm guessing the smaller apartments on a single floor don't have this problem.

Location is fantastic. The room is comfortable with kitchenette. The only problem is if you have a big or heavy luggage as you need to carry up to second or third floor wherever you room is located.
A little noisy as you are nearby bar and restaurant, but it was expected.

Excellent staff - Jean Luc was very friendly and helpful. Nice modern newly decorated room, very clean. Awesome location!

cosy small clean good for one or two nights
no elevator no bar service no staff no reception but rather rooms being rented in old town lyon
